Our staff have lead organisational initiatives in the planning, designing, implementation & expansion of predictive/condition based maintenance & reliability improvement programs across the globe. Initiatives include conducting asset criticality ranking & critical spares assessments, equipment maintenance plan development, asset health, reliability & condition monitoring system audits and cultural change initiatives through education, training and development programs. We have facilitated Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Reliability training across Australia, the Asia Pacific & Africa and have presented papers at multiple Asset Management, Maintenance & Reliability conferences, both in Australia and overseas.

Experience includes Vibration Analysis, Infra-Red Thermography, Oil/Wear Debris Analysis & Acoustics/Ultrasonics and having led many failure investigations, root cause analysis and investigative initiatives correlating the multiple technologies with both national and international exposure.
